I would like to have less migraines in 2012. I want to try Accupunture, Chiropractic, and any other method that may help reduce the number of these crappy headaches.
I am going to try to cook healthy food and limit going out to eat. I would like to bring my lunch to work at least once a week. This is going to save money and be healthier.
