You can download or order this handy booklet on the DASH diet. DASH stands for Dietary Approaches to Stop Hypertension. This is a diet plan devised for lowering your blood pressure. Since I have high blood pressure, I downloaded it. It has a 7 day diet plan, a food diary page for keeping track, and a nice little nutrition guide. There are recipes including Turkey Meat loaf, chicken and spanish rice, scallion rice, salad dressings, etc. All in all a very handy guide and a good diet for just about anyone, whethere you are trying to lose weight, lower your BP, or just eat healthy foods.
