Some of the ladies on the Ravelry boards and I have been chatting about the dilemma of what to eat with Crohn's, IBS, and Colitis. The problem is that a lot of the low residue foods are not particularly healthy. And a lot of the "healthy" foods are not particularly good for people with a sore tummy and digestive system.
We are all looking for creative, flavorful, low residue recipies.
I googled this term and came up with the following cookbook which looks interesting. I am planning on checking it out so I can review it here, as well as coming up with some recpies on my own.
