Here's another "no-one can explain why it works" item for your collection: the Phiten Star Necklace. Supposedly these are made with liquefied titanium that is built into the cloth necklace (and other stuff).
The idea seems to be something about the human body's electromagnetic field or some such nonsense.
According to the manufacturer's website the titanium helps to:

Sure, yeah. Sounds good. The truth of the matter is that lots of pro athletes are wearing the stuff. It comes in the form of trendy necklaces, little sports patches, and even built into compression tape and shorts.
